It has been photographed with lighting which serves to enhance the texture of the surface of the ball and give it a 3-dimensional look. It can also be personalized with text of your choice. The Process We use a process called Sublimation which permanently imprints an image into the surface of a specially coated product. The inks used are actually dyes and are heated to 400 degrees fahrenheit by a special heat plate and then pressed into the item at 40 to 80 psi (pounds per square inch) for a specific amount of time to allow the dyes to penetrate the surface of the product.
