With these connectors, you can make a batting cage frame up to 70 feet long. The only additional thing you need to buy to make the frame, is the 1 3/8 inch Top Rail from your hardware store. This Top Rail is the galvanized tubing used on chain-link fencing. It's inexpensive, and makes for a sturdy frame for even heavy batting cages. (This 1 3/8 inch Top Rail comes in 10 and 21 foot lengths, so you can make your batting cage frame suitable for almost any batting cage on the market.)This frame sets up SQUARE, and uses less space than the trapezoid frames!!!These fittings are galvanized (the same as the pipe you need to buy) for a uniform clean look. This is more rust resistant than any paint, and will not chip. All batting cages need to be tied down or secured to permanent structures to keep them from tipping in high winds.
