krt43837 Store Just in time for the 2008 Baseball Season - Baseball Statmaster 2008 © - Baseball Statistics Excel Spreadsheet! I've been coaching youth baseball for the past 10 years and have always kept stats every year. Even when I was a kid playing ball myself I always loved statistics. One of my favorite things to do was to look at the box scores when my dad would bring the paper home in the afternoon. Now all grown up and seeing as my main occupation is in Information Technology, I decided to go "high-tech" and develop a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to help me keep up with the statistics when I coach. Now I'd like to make this software available to fellow baseball / softball enthusiasts (for a small fee). I've looked at some of the expensive software packages out on the internet for baseball statistics and I have found this spreadsheet serves my purpose and is a lot more cost effective. eBay requires payment for all digital downloads via Pay Pal. Once payment is processed I will email you the Excel file. The file was created with Microsoft Excel 2003 on a Windows XP system. Excel is normally backwards compatible. If you have a newer version of Excel (2007 for instance) and need an updated version of the file I can gladly create one. Also, if you purchase this file and would like an additional stat tracked (one not currently listed in the file) please email me via eBay and I may be able to make a modified version for you after your purchase. I can also incorporate other options like inserting your team logo into the sheet if you have one. I did that for the travel team I am coaching this year. The file comes pre-populated with statistical sample data that you can overwrite with your own information. There is one sheet for hitting and another for pitching / defense. The formula cells are protected. You can add / delete data, add / remove rows as needed, and the sheets are fully sortable. I have also copyrighted this software so please don't share it with others.
