Red Herman Digital Trainer. I have used this bad boy a total of 2 times. I had a bad back injury while training just recently. The doc. says I need to have surgery and take atleast 1 year to recover. It's in great shape, works great, and still has the protective plastic still on it. I believe its upgradeable, but I did not get to use it much at all.
