My daughter and I used to take Tae Kwan Do in Australia and her group was called Lil' Dragons. I bought this kick stick for her to practice at home with. We no longer use it since I have boxing mitts that she can use to aim her kicks with. This kick stick is in wonderful condition with no stains, rips or tears. It measures 17 inches from end to end and has a wrist loop to help with stability when in use. It is foam on the inside to absorb the kicks and any other impact and is covered by a polyester weave with the Lil' Dragon symbol in the front. It is made by Century training equipment. If your son or daughter is just starting out in martial arts this is a great tool or you can use it for aggression training as it is fun to be bonked on the head with as it doesn't hurt at all.
