Additional InformationThe Premier Adult Tricycle comes unassembled.  We recommend professional assembly or someone who is very mechanically inclined.  There is a parts list included with general guidance for assembly only.  This item is new and comes in the original factory sealed packaging.  Should any pieces be found missing or damaged please contact us right away for replacement parts.  Item is shipped within 3 business days after receipt of the payment.  When the item is shipped an automatic email is sent to everyone with the tracking numbers enclosed.   All items are sent via DHL or FedEx ground only (unless additional fees are paid for shipping upgrade).  This item is shipped in 2 packages, please be patient if the shipper separates the packages in shipping. We ship to the Continental USA 48 States only.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.  No international shipping.  We accept PayPal, money orders or cashiers checks only.  Shipping insurance is recommended for this item, as we are not responsible for damages that occur in shipping. Should the item become lost in transit, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost, if insurance is taken.  If the item is damaged in shipping, please be sure to inspect the item before accepting.  If damage is noted you have the option of accepting the item or refusing it.  If a refusal is made a damage claim will be done, and an item will be resent to you after the damage claim is complete.  If you accept the item, please note all damages, a damage claim will be completed and any/all parts needed will be sent to you immediately- no waiting for the claim to be finalized.  If at all possible all damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.  The freight companies reserve the right to inspect the packaging and the items damaged, so please don’t throw anything away.  If you have access, please send us digital photos of the damaged parts.  For both lost or damaged items we must be notified within 3 days of the situation.  When a damage claim is made all supporting documents, pictures, etc must be received via email or mail within 5 business days.  If you do not cooperate in full with the necessary documents and the freight company denies the claim, all replacement parts must be paid for by the client.  We have trained and knowledgeable people that cant assist throughout the claim process.  For extensive damage for the item or damage beyond repair a claim will have to be completed before the item can be replaced.  Please be aware that all claims against the freight company may take up to 90 days to resolve.  Please be patient this time is not up to our discretion but the freight companies. All credit card or bank charge backs will be subject to a $80.00 fee which includes bank fees, interest and attorney/court fees.  BUYERS fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time lost which may occur due to this transaction. Return PolicyWe offer you a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for your item with conditions.   Please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of item of your discontent and you will receive a refund for the item.  Please allow up to 7 days for the receipt of the refund after the receipt of the item back to our warehouse.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  All items are brand new in a sealed manufacturers box.  There are absolutely no refunds for items that are assembled, partially assembled, or for any reason considered used.  Orders may not be refused or cancelled due to extended transit times.  We are not responsible for freight company transit times.  Orders may be cancelled if the item has not been shipped but may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, dependent on the situation.  Should you refuse the item without due cause such as damage or any other situation without notification to the company, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the warehouse, no exceptions. For item returns you must receive a RMA # from us and it must be clearly noted on the outside of the packages or the item will be refused.  You are responsible for all shipping costs for the item to be returned back to us.  The item was sent to you in new condition and must be returned in the same manner (new and resalable).  If the item is returned used, not in its original packaging, assembled in any way, or without parts or documentation, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
