I have posted video cl Hi, I'm Rita Lynn Gilman and I've been pitching and teaching the art of fastpitch pitching for nearly 30 years in the Richmond, Virginia, area. In March 2008, I was invited by the Chinese Taipei Amateur Softball Association to lead their National Pitching School. This December I will be teaching along side Michele Smith and Cat Osterman at the Holiday Gold Camp in Clearwater, Florida. My full-time job is teaching girls to become successful fastpitch softball pitchers. I have extensively studied the mechanics of the best pitchers in the world. I use this knowledge to develop some of the best pitchers in the central Atlantic area. I have posted video clips on my website's store, on YouTube and on kudda.com. After many requests for more information, I've created my own DVD called Pitching My Way. I share all of my tactics for fixing mechanics and developing speed and control.
